Situation
Menu's in web management for GWAVA4 are missing or distorted Re
Resolution
- Go to GWAVA4 Management on the web (ip_address:49282) - Go to System Management>Advanced>System tools>Server maintenance - in the configuration of that screen click on "rebuild the system menus" - Read the Warning carefully. If you are not comfortable performing this please call GWAVA support at 801.437.5678 - If you are comfortable click on the "Rebuild system menus now" button Note: It is always good to have a backup created of the gwavman.db and the identity.xml before performing this task
