Seeing Only a Certain Amount of Messages in the QMS

Problem/Question:
When logged into the Quarantine Management System as Admin only 1000 messages are displayed.

Resolution:
If you are unable to view all your messages that were quarantined you have more than the 1,000 messages being returned in your search result.

If you see 'Results Limited'  in the top right hand corner then you have more than 1,000 messages in the QMS.



As shown in the screen shot, the best way to find messages when you have more then 1,000 is to use the search panel to restrict your search criteria to the data you are looking for.
