What is contained in the Reload <profile>.AGENT log

What is the <profile>.AGENT.LOG used for, and what does it contain?

The agent log contains almost all of the activity of Reload, specific to the profile.  The following is a section from the log file, the end of the smart purge process;

gre_agent_process="gre_dbs" gre_profile="po1" gre_process_run_method="0" ...
