Unable to login to QMS as admin or a user.  UserID field being populated with numbers.

GWAVA4 using QMS2


Problem/Question:
When you load the QMS webpage, the userID field is auto populated with a few numbers.  When you try to login as a user (full email address) or as admin it won't let you in.

Resolution:
You need to clear the cookies in the browser.  Close and relaunch the browser.  You should be able to log into QMS now.
