Situation
When exporing mail from Retain to a PDF file, what do the fields that read Created, Delivered and Stored actually refer to.
Resolution
The Created date is derived from the sending system's Mime message. The Mime "Date" field is what is used (see the Date field towards the bottom of the figure below) .
The Recieved date is derived from the e-mail system from which Retain archived an e-mail from.
The Stored date is when an item was archived into the Retain system.
