PST Importer 3.5 & 3.5.1
Situation
PST Importer is throwing an error when loading the worker config file
Resolution
This is not a significant error and it does not impact the importation of the PST file. There is a known bug in versions 3.5 and 3.5.1 of the PST Importer which throws this error:
Error reading worker configuration [Path of config file]
You have to use a worker configuration from Retain Server.
This error has no impact on the data being imported. You can click accept then start on step 3 from this KB: https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7020779
