GWAVA 4.5 on Linux
Situation
The "Enable Learning Feeder Services" option is grayed out, in the Antispam/Heuristics page.
Resolution
GWAVA 4.5 operating on a Linux server by default uses the Signature scanning method. When this scanning method is enabled, the Learning Feeder Services are disabled. The Signature scanning method is very accurate, and has no need for customizable spam training, and therefore the feature is unavailable. If this feature is still desired, then switching to the score scanning method will make it available.
