QMS User Unable to Release a Specific Message from the QMS

Problem/Question:
I have one or more users that are unable to release a certain message from the QMS. They get an error of 'Reject - contains an event that you aren't allowed to release items for'.

Resolution:
By default, the events the users have the rights to release are RBL, SURBL, Spam threshold 4, and Spam threshold 5. If an email triggered an event other then these, then the user will not be able to release the message from the QMS.  You can change the user's rights by doing the following:

1) Login to QMS as admin
2) Click on the 'Users' tab
3) Click on the 'Event scope' tab
4) Click on the user in the list
5) Under 'Event scope', check the boxes for each event you would like the user to have rights to release.
6) Hit 'save change'


This user should be able to release messages for the event(s) defined now.
