SYMPTOMS:
Users cannot login to QMS because of cookies. When a user opens the QMS home page, the user is prompted to enable cookies in order to log into QMS. The user can input their email and password and login. As soon as the main page loads, the user gets a warning that their session has expired and need to log back in. The user can try and log back in but continue to get this problem.
RESOLUTION:

Check to see if cookies are enable in your browser. If they are enabled then continue to step 2, other wise enable cookies and try to log back in to QMS.

Check to see if there is a proxy setting configured within your browser. Uncheck the box to use a proxy for your LAN.

After disabling the proxy, try and log back into QMS. You should no longer get prompted to enable cookies in your browser and be able to login to QMS.
