Environment

GWAVA 4 on Netware or Linux

Situation

When trying to open an exception folder my Internet Explorer crashes.

Resolution

In order to view the events that an exception applies to, you need to click on the address to open this folder.  If your browser crashes when doing this, then you clicked on the address more then once.  With certain versions of IE, this will crash your browser.

It is recommended to use Firefox.  If you would like to use IE, however, make sure to only click on the address once and wait for it to open.  If you have a lot of exceptions it can take a little while to open up.
