Post Archive not migrating all folders and emails
Good morning,

I am new to Retain and am experiencing teething difficulties when trying to migrate existing users native Groupwise archive across to the retain archive. The problem is that the migration utility is not migrating all the users folders and mails across.

We are running Groupwise 2014 R2 and have installed Retain V.4.2.00 the migration utility is v3.5.1-773

I have run the utility twice against some users Groupwise archive but this has made no difference. I am afraid of creating duplicate entries as a lot of mail is copied each time the migration is run.

In all we had over 1.2TB of data to migrate and this took almost 3 weeks of continuous running.

Any advice or pointers would be great as the users are fast losing confidence in the product.

Thanks

There are so many things that need looked at in order to pin this down. I would recommend opening a ticket with us by sending an email to support.GWAVA.com so that we can take a look at the configuration, and the logs to see if we can find out what is going on. Our support tickets have a 24 hour or less response time.
Thanks,
Perry Mason
